Age-Hardening Stainless Steel

Age-hardening (precipitation hardening) stainless steel is a Fe-Cr-Ni alloy contains precipitation hardening elements such as Cu, Al, Ti and Nb, which can be strengthened by suitable heat treatment. This steel has high tensile strength, good roughness and corrosion resistance. Heat treatment is an important step to achieve expect mechanical properties, however, the heat treatment technology is complex, requires to carry out and control particular temperature, holding time, cooling speed strictly to obtain the desired properties.

Our company is a professional manufacturer of age-hardening stainless steel from China. We produce steel ingots by die casting or electroslag remelting (ESR) processes, perform subsequent forming processes until finished products such as bars and plates. Typical product grades include 15-5PH, 17-4PH, 17-7PH, 13-8MoPH. We maintain a regular inventory, small-batch cutting and third-party inspection are acceptable.
