Cold-work tool steels are typically used for heavy-duty forming and blanking processes at normal or low temperature conditions, which requires the steels used for manufacturing molds or tools with high hardness, excellent wear resistance and great dimensional stability after heat treatment, keep sharp edges and excellent machining accuracy under high-intensity shearing, extrusion and wear. Cold-work tool steels produced by our company have uniform carbide distribution, good hardenability, high strength, good toughness and wear resistance.
