Sichuan Super Metal Material Co., Ltd. (SMTCO) is a professional exporter of specialty stainless steel products. As a subsidiary of Shifang Xingong Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (Founded in 2003 in Shifang City, Sichuan Province), we serve our overseas customer as Xingong’s sole direct export division.

We boast a fully integrated production line encompassing smelting, casting, forging, rolling, and precision machining, backed by robust R&D and testing facilities.

Non-vacuum induction furnace, 10-tons AOD/VOD/LF refining line, protective atmosphere electroslag remelting (P-ESR) furnace, 13 sets of 0.3-to-10-ton ESR furnaces.

Forging machines, heat treatment furnaces, precision machining equipment.

Test and inspection equipment cover the entire manufacturing process:

• Chemical composition analysis
• Hydrogen-oxygen analysis
• Tensile testing
• Impact testing at room or minus temperature, with V and U notch
• Hardness testing in HBW and HRC
• Salt spray corrosion testing
• NDT including Eddy Current Testing and Ultrasonic Testing
• Metallographic analysis including Grain Size, Nonmetallic Inclusions, δ Ferrite Content
• Dimensions inspection

Driven by innovation and quality, the company holds 22 national patents and has established a full-process quality control system covering product design, process development, production management, and inspection.

We are fully certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the GJB 9001C Weaponry and Equipment Quality Management System, strictly implementing these standards across all operations.

To better serve our markets, we have established a strong presence across China, including Wuxi New District Jiangyou Special Steel Co., Ltd. in Wuxi (Jiangsu Province), a precision machining production base in Dainan (Jiangsu Province), and a sales branch in Dongguan (Guangdong Province).

We maintain a constant inventory of over 3,000 tons of various steel grades year-round. Leveraging over 20 years of R&D, manufacturing, and sales expertise, our products are widely utilized globally in demanding industries such as aerospace, nuclear power, petroleum & petrochemicals, construction machinery, and medical devices.
