Inconel X750 UNS N07750 Heat-Resisting Superalloy Bars and plates
This is a precipitation-hardened nickel-based superalloy strengthened by γ’ precipitates with titanium, aluminum and niobium on a nickel-chromium matrix. It delivers outstanding high-temperature rupture strength, creep resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance, featuring excellent resistance to alternating high-low temperature load and stress relaxation. Meanwhile, it owns favorable hot & cold workability, forgeability and welding stability. The alloy can operate stably for long-term service below 700℃, with prominent resistance to high-temperature fatigue and flue gas corrosion.
Applications of Inconel X750
This material serves as the core raw material for aero-engine turbine disks, blade fasteners, combustion chamber bolts and load-bearing rings. It is widely applied to high-temperature elastic components of gas turbines, nuclear power high-temperature springs and high-temperature locking parts of steam turbines. Besides, it fits heat-resistant structural parts for aerospace vehicles, high-temperature and high-pressure equipment fasteners in petrochemical industry, and military high-temperature resistant sealing elastic components. It is a benchmark special alloy for high-end high-temperature load-bearing and anti-relaxation fastening parts.
