1Cr12WMoV Martensitic Stainless Steel Bars and plates
It is a chromium-molybdenum-tungsten-vanadium martensitic heat-resistant steel with high hot strength, good damping capacity, and microstructural stability. Its high-temperature mechanical properties are superior to those of conventional 12Cr steels. The combined strengthening of tungsten and vanadium effectively improves the creep rupture strength. However, it has poor weldability, a narrow hot working process window, and its toughness decreases after long-term service at high temperatures.

It is mainly used to manufacture high-temperature components such as steam turbine blades, fasteners, and rotors. It has important applications in power station boilers, petrochemical equipment, and aero-engines. It can also be used for turbine blades, fasteners, rotors, and disks.
