1Cr12Mo Martensitic Stainless Steel Bars and plates
It is a chromium-molybdenum martensitic heat-resistant steel with high strength, hardness, and wear resistance, as well as certain corrosion and heat resistance. However, it has poor weldability and is prone to cold cracking. Prolonged service at high temperatures may lead to a reduction in toughness. It is suitable for applications requiring high strength combined with moderate corrosion resistance, but strict control of processing and heat treatment processes is required.
Applications of 1Cr12Mo
Widely used in fields such as steam turbine blades, pump shafts, valve parts, fasteners, cutting tools, and high-strength corrosion-resistant structural components. In the electric power, petrochemical, and machinery manufacturing industries, this material is commonly used to produce high-temperature and wear-resistant components, such as turbine parts, bearing rings, and molds.
