1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb Martensitic Stainless Steel Bars and plates
It is a high-strength martensitic stainless steel with excellent comprehensive properties. After appropriate heat treatment, it can achieve high hardness and fatigue resistance. High strength and good performance can be realized through martensitic transformation and precipitation strengthening. It also has corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance, but it is difficult to process and has a relatively high cost.
Applications of 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb
It is mainly used for key components in high-stress, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature environments. In the aerospace field, it is often used to manufacture compressor blades, turbine disks and fasteners of aero-engines; in the energy and chemical industries, this material is suitable for high-pressure valves, pump shafts and corrosion-resistant pipeline systems, and can withstand acidic media and high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.
