1Cr11MoV Martensitic Stainless Steel Bars and plates
It is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium martensitic heat-resistant steel. Its overall performance is optimized by adjusting the composition (reducing chromium content and adding vanadium) based on 1Cr12Mo. It features high hot strength, good damping capacity, and microstructural stability. However, it has poor weldability, requiring preheating and post-heat treatment, and exhibits insufficient low-temperature impact toughness.
Applications of 1Cr11MoV
In the power industry, it is used to manufacture key components such as steam turbine blades, fasteners, rotors, and high-temperature bolts. In the aerospace field, it is used for high-temperature components of aero-engines, such as compressor blades and turbine disks. In machinery manufacturing, it is suitable for heat-resistant and wear-resistant tools, molds, and high-strength structural components, such as bearing rings and cutting tools.
