2Cr12MoVNbN Martensitic Stainless Steel Bars and plates
It is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium-niobium-nitrogen martensitic heat-resistant steel. Compared with traditional 12Cr steels, it has a higher upper service temperature limit (up to 620°C) and longer creep life, while maintaining good workability. It features excellent high-temperature strength (high tensile strength retention below 600°C), creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is particularly suitable for sulfur-containing flue gas environments.
Applications of 2Cr12MoVNbN
In the power industry, it is widely used to manufacture core components such as steam turbine rotors, blades, bolts, and valve bodies for ultra-supercritical and supercritical thermal power units, which can withstand long-term high-temperature steam environments below 620°C. In energy equipment, it is suitable for high-temperature load-bearing structural components such as combustion chamber components and turbine disks of heavy-duty gas turbines. In the petrochemical industry, it is commonly used in corrosion-resistant equipment such as hydrogenation reactors, high-temperature and high-pressure valves, and cracking units.
