Yes, we have 4 stock warehouses located in Sichuan, Jiangsu and Guangdong province, with more than 3000 tons stock for bars and plates of martensitic and precipitation hardening stainless steels, including steel bars and plates/sheets of 9Cr18, 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18MoV, 1.4313, 17-4PH, 15-5PH etc.
Customized production capability?
Yes, we can conduct research & develop customized production according to special technical requirements and small batch.
How to guarantee the quality?
1. Mill test certificate according to EN 10204 3.1 could be issued.
2. We have achieved the quality management system certification of GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 and quality management system certification of GJB 9001C-2017 for weapon equipment and fully implemented the quality management systems.
3. Formulate production technical document, inspection & testing plans for each order, which are strictly implemented, fully traceable in the entire production & inspection process. Inspection covers chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, macro and micro structure inspection, 100% ultrasonic testing (NDT), dimension and surface inspections, as well as other inspections specified in each order.
4. Third party inspection before delivery is accepted.
